Three: I can customize the customer information with the information I need to be there. Four: it integrates wonderfully with our website forms allowing a client to fill out a form and it automatically goes right into zoho CRM.

> **Minpunten**: What I like least about Zoho CRM is that while with Invoice we can have several of our staff set up, users cost more per user in the CRM. I also dislike the limits of certain fields used unless you pay more, but I know that's all CRMs.

I scheduled a demo - then they canceled it and rescheduled it for 7:30am - well that did not work for me.  Then the phone calls started. UGH They were very intrusive. Don't they know that people do not use the phone anymore ? I am surprised they didn't try to fax me.

> The interface is overwhelming, cluttered with endless tabs and technical jargon that isn’t clearly explained. It feels more like trying to navigate a complex enterprise system than a tool meant to help small businesses streamline their processes.&#10;&#10;What’s worse, after simply requesting a demo, I was relentlessly bombarded with calls—up to 10 times a day, starting as early as 7 a.m. While I understand the intention is to offer support, this level of aggressive sales outreach is intrusive and exhausting.&#10;&#10;If you’re a small business owner looking for a simple, effective CRM, I recommend skipping the headache and exploring options like Streak CRM. > **Minpunten**: That there was no master tab for the order the notes were. They default to the oldest first. There is a tab above the notes to change it to newest first but you have to do it in each lead.

> Entering leads and setting appointments was very easy. Appointments were easy to find, see and able to links to multiple people.
