The API documentation is great, and has allowed me to easily use LACRM as the core source of truth, but interact with that data from other applications.

On top of that their customer service is top notch and very fast. The few times I've had questions about how best to do something, or specifics about the API, they've provided expert support very quickly.

I also like that the pricing is clear and there are no tricks or bait-and-switch tactics. They advertise the price and that price is what you pay.  I wish all software pricing was this transparent.
