Native logs are notoriously difficult to parse and even harder to turn into actionable data. After implementing ManageEngine ADAudit Plus, the difference in visibility was immediate. > > **Minpunten**: While the tool is powerful, there are a few aspects that could be refined to improve the user experience: ADAudit Plus can be quite a "memory hog." Because it processes a massive amount of real-time data, it requires a well-provisioned server. If you try to run it on a VM with the bare minimum specifications, the web console can become sluggish, especially during peak hours or when generating large historical reports. Out of the box, the system is very sensitive. If you don't spend significant time during the first week fine-tuning the alert thresholds, your inbox will be flooded with notifications for routine, non-threatening actions. A more intuitive "auto-tuning" feature based on baseline behavior would be a great addition. The UI is packed with features, which is a double-edged sword. Some menus are buried three or four layers deep, making it occasionally difficult to find specific niche settings.
