Finale Inventory is een intuïtief cloudgebaseerd en gebruiksvriendelijk voorraadbeheersysteem dat is ontworpen om te schalen naar de eisen van een groeiend bedrijf. Verwerk alle voorraadverplaatsingen, van inkoop tot en met de verkoop.
Dankzij de voorraadbeheerintegratie met ShipStation, een QuickBooks-integratie en een functie voor productbundeling biedt Finale een uitgebreide oplossing voor multi-channel detailhandelaars in de e-commerce. Finale Inventory maakt het een fluitje van een cent om voorraad te beheren op alle marktplaatsen (bijv. eBay, Amazon, Magento) waar producten worden verkocht. Voorkom oververkoop en de ontvangst van negatieve beoordelingen door Finale je voorraadniveaus te laten synchroniseren met verkoopmarktplaatsen. Daarnaast kan Finale 2 miljoen producten en 1/2 miljoen bestellingen per maand ondersteunen voor klanten met een hoog volume.
Voor magazijndistributiebedrijven biedt Finale een ongeëvenaarde oplossing. Finale Inventory biedt een complete out-of-the-box streepjescode-oplossing die geen klein team van dure integratieconsultants vereist om alles in gebruik te kunnen nemen.
Finale Inventory ondersteunt vele streepjescodeconfiguraties - of gebruikers nu hun eigen etiketten afdrukken of de door de fabrikant toegepaste streepjescodes gebruiken, of dat ze gebruikmaken van serienummers, product-ID's, partij-ID's, voorgedrukte streepjescodelabels of generieke opeenvolgende streepjescodelabels: Finale kan het verwerken. Finale omvat ook het volgen van partij-ID's en serienummers en ondersteuning voor meerdere locaties.

Overall we are very happy with Finale Inventory. The sotware does what it need to and the customer service team is outstanding!
Pluspunten
Coming from an open source erp that was complicated I loke how easy it is to find and do things in Finale. I especially like the cut and paste spreadsheet import system. This makes it much easier to accomplish many tasks. As with wany new software, customer service is really importat and the people at Finale get and A+ in customer service. They offer live training, video tutorials and are always avaailable to answer questions.

Since its inception into our business, Finale was incredibly easy to use, simple and straightforward. With an excellent support team and support documentation, we were set up in less than a single day. After that we barely had to get in touch with support, as the self administering factor of Finale is what makes it so great.
Pluspunten
Finale is incredibly easy to use and provided our company the ability to scale up by using additional features of the product over time. Our inventory is always spot-on as the integrations with various merchants and other software is excellent.
Minpunten
The only issue we hold with Finale is their lack of support for iOS and iOS browsers. One could easily integrate the standard browser interface into Finale with some changes and allow those who have an iOS or Mac-based environment be able to use their existing hardware with off-the-shelf scanners.

A lot of modules don't work and it doesn't allow you to take on returns from marketplaces.

Overall I have to say one of the most impressive experiences with Finale is its people. It's a small group of people who work personally to help you get set up and learn the system. They know their stuff, are professional and friendly. It really is like they are a part of your own team. Their customer service is fantastic, they respond quickly and can get you moving in the right direction right away. You get the feeling that they want to help you be successful.
Pluspunten
The software is impressive because it works. Our previous inventory management software would have "glitches" sometimes it didn't sync our five sales channels so we were constantly experiencing inventory issues. That stopped with Finale and our numbers have been spot on since. One thing that makes Finale a winning choice for us is that it integrates with Square which we use for POS in our brick and mortar store. Finale keeps our store, website and internet marketplaces inventory synced in near real time.
Minpunten
I have to force myself to come up with things I don't like about Finale. But if I could have a wish list, I would like it to automatically sync new products every few minutes like it does with inventory rather than nightly. Although, you can manually initiate the sync. A little more automation with sales channel associations and expected product cost would be nice too.

The setup process was very straight forward. Setting up your inventory system can be very tedious but it's very important that it is done correctly. Finale can be fully customized for any type of business.
Minpunten
I wouldn't change anything at all. Finale can be pretty complex to a new user so I would suggest teaming up with support. They're very friendly and can help you become a Finale pro in no time.
