Wervings- en uitzendbureaus, headhunterfirma's en interne rekruteerders worden ondersteund door Crelate Talent, een alles-in-één kandidatenvolgsysteem en CRM voor werving. Gebruikers kunnen rechtstreeks vanuit hun pijplijnscherm de voortgang van kandidaten bijhouden, interacties opnemen, takenlijsten beheren en e-mails verzenden. Pluspunten
I've been using Crelate for about 4 months now. It is dramatically better and makes my work much easier than products we used in the past. The visuals and the ease of drag and drop- to bring in linkedin info, to change stages, to schedule activities, upload resumes attached to emails, send emails, to make notes, etc. is wonderful. Managing prospects from sourcing through offer everyday is really easy with Crelate. I love that.
Minpunten
We have specific basic reporting we would like to provide our clients- to do this we have to hire consultants. I wish the basic reporting was better. Also the search/boolean functionality is not as intuitive as linked in talent pool searches.

So far, I enjoy the organization Crelate offers, this is a site truly made for recruiters.

Pluspunten
I like the dashboard view, it organizes your jobs, and activates, nice way to glace and understand your current recruiting state as well as the reports that are offered.
Minpunten
I did not enjoy the implementation process, so many small details that was broken down into multiple sessions, very time consuming. For pay $750 I thought the implementation/configurations would be taken care of for us and then we would be trained but that was not the case. 2 weeks to get through the process. Our specialist was great, she was very patient and very enthusiastic.

Good but many limitations

Many items are not intuitive. WAY too many glitches. MANY items not as sold to us. Struggled getting set up. Customer service is really poor. Only works through desktop, doesn't work on iPad or phone, so worthless on the go. Continuous review of contacts is needed to catch errors.

Integrating Crelate was super easy, the great thing about Crelate is that theres always more in terms of setup and integration and it keeps on getting better.
Minpunten
Pricing is a pain point. Would like to see different pricing structures for lower level recruiters within the company.Customer service experience needs improvement as well.WOuld like Crelate to offer a 6 month review where they will review our setup and give us input on how we can make improvements without sellingWould like Crelate to integrate with QB or other bookkeeping software

I wish there was an easier way for us to report how much is being made for us on our contract to hire side. If there is a way to better report it or calculate it in the system I would love to know / get some training on it.
