> **Minpunten**: It is clunky compared to other providers. It does not integrate externally well. Worst of all, customer service is a 0/10. A paid email provider should not have so many hoops to jump to navigate major business issues.

> It hasn't been great. The only reason we have yet to change our provider is the time off-line we would need to make the shift. While, there is value in the cost of the product - it has very little real value.
