I wish that there was a way for emails send to/from a connected email to automatically synch with any client who has a matching registered email address. I have always been able to reach customer service any time I have had an issue with the program, which is very rare. It is very easy to upload documents to the portal for staff and our clients. The texting feature between staff and clients is a great addition over the years. This saves a lot of valuable time for our firm not having to meet with clients each time they have a question or concern. The billing system allows us to add time and expenses as we are working on each case. Running invoiced every month is simple and we are able to email or upload the invoice to the client portal. This is also helpful as we are able to see if the client has reviewed the invoice. > > **Minpunten**: None, that I am aware of. I have worked in office with no case management program.
