I wish that there was a way for emails send to/from a connected email to automatically synch with any client who has a matching registered email address. Sometimes small firms like myself have short term employees or turnover, so having to pay thousands of dollars up front and its non-refundable is really hard to manage. I've lost thousands of dollars due to this issue. > > Overall, its been a great experience. It gets the job done. Its not the top of the market in that it does not have the robust items for a personal injury or employment law case, it allows for contingency but doesn't actually have any functionality built in for contingency cases. But for the basic case management needs, it works well enough.
