Het Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System is ontworpen voor uitzendbureaus en recruiters en biedt een uitgebreide tool voor het beheer van het gehele wervingsproces. Bullhorn ATS is toegankelijk vanaf desktops, mobiele apparaten, elke internetbrowser, Mac of pc, en stroomlijnt het wervingsproces van begin tot eind, vanaf het plaatsen van de vacature tot het plaatsen van de kandidaat in een functie. Bureaus kunnen kandidaten zoeken, beheren en volgen, waardoor open posities sneller worden gevuld.
Bullhorn is ontworpen voor uitzend- en wervingsbureaus van elke omvang en is een volledig schaalbaar kandidatenvolgsysteem. Met verschillende edities voor bureaus van verschillende omvang kan het Bullhorn-systeem meegroeien met je bedrijf. Bullhorn ATS is zeer configureerbaar, in zowel lay-out als omvang. De lay-out is volledig aanpasbaar volgens de gebruikersvoorkeuren en kan worden aangepast met een eenvoudige tool voor slepen en neerzetten.
Bullhorn stroomlijnt je kandidaatbeheer, van de sourcing tot het vullen van de positie.

Het makkelijk zoeken, dat de geschiedenis van de zoekopdrachten links in beeld onder elkaar komen te staan.
Minpunten
Dat zoeken beter gaat op achternaam. Het zou fijn zijn als de zoekopdracht net zo goed is als je zoekt op voornaam

I like the GUI the most as the simplicity and the ease of use of this tool makes it a fantastic product

I like the IT support the least, I think there could be a lot more support that could have been given to us when we were implementing and having some issues at the start of the implementation

Pluspunten
I have used this software by weekly and it has the strength to be the best ATS in the market. Its features are diverse and can be very efficient when used for long term.
Minpunten
I have to find some of the features as some of them are not visible in the main window of this framework.

Expensive product with not enough functionality

Pluspunten
Great product for staffing purposes and the job recruitment process makes it super simple to very complex. The learning curve can be steep but after mastering the program you can tailor your experience to however vague or detailed that you need.
Minpunten
Overall a great product however for the price it's hard to justify unless you are doing big business.

I recommend Bullhorn to many of our staffing clientele, I always go back to all the features Bullhorn provides, all of the integrations we use (Indeed/LinkedIn) to name a few. The ease of use is a big one for us and it just works so well with our business!
Pluspunten
Bullhorn is so user friendly first off! When i train new employees on the use and flow of Bullhorn I have never had an issue with them not understanding. There are so many training videos that show step by step instructions on how to move throughout Bullhorn that are so helpful!
Minpunten
There are sometimes latency issues, but this seems to get fixed quite fast! Other than that, we typically do not have many issues within Bullhorn that are worth complaining about.
