The folder structuring is pretty standard compared to other platforms but Box does a really good job with granular collaboration permissions from the parent folder and down. Configuring organization wide settings is easy to setup as well. There is no native "team/shared folder" feature. If you need to create a team/shared folder, it has to be created within someone's individual account. Web interface is easy to use and navigate and the desktop app syncs and works well within File Explorer or Finder. In mechanical design, we go through countless iterations. Box automatically saves previous versions of a file, allowing me to track changes or revert to an earlier design if necessary. This provides a clear audit trail and prevents the common issue of team members working off of outdated files.
