Shipstation is ontworpen als een multi-carrier, multi-channel verzendoplossing om het verzend- en uitvoeringsproces voor onlinedetailhandelaren te vergemakkelijken. ShipStation ondersteunt duizenden winkels en verwerkt miljoenen verzendlabels per maand, waardoor verkopers tijd en geld kunnen besparen door hun verzendefficiëntie te maximaliseren. Om dit te bereiken, haalt ShipStation automatisch bestelinformatie op van meer dan 40 verkoopkanalen, past het vooraf geconfigureerde verzendvoorkeuren toe op elke bestelling op basis van jouw specificaties, verwerkt en print het aangepaste verzendetiketten en pakbonnen - tot 500 in één batch - en updatet het elke winkel automatisch met verzendstatus en trackinginformatie. Wanneer het label is aangemaakt, wordt alle klantcommunicatie geautomatiseerd en is er geconsolideerde rapportage voor onmiddellijke weergave. Dit gebeurt allemaal automatisch, naadloos en in realtime. Voor diegenen die een deel van of al hun verzendactiviteiten willen uitbesteden, inclusief verzamelen, verpakken, verzenden en klantenservice, is er de integratie met Fulfillment by Amazon.

I used ShipStation for a couple years until they added postage fees to my account that were not for my shipments and wouldn't help me resolve it.
Pluspunten
I liked that I could integrate ShipStation with my SquareSpace website and easily print postage for orders.

The customer service and follow up could use some improvement.

Pluspunten
The layout is pretty, I like the color green.
Minpunten
Cannot select cheapest shipping option quickly.
Bugs go unfixed for months and customer service is abysmal.
Cannot split orders automatically.

It’s pretty awesome. We had trouble before we found this with high shipping rates. This product saved us money and gave us a great way to manage and integrate all our shipping and orders. We are grateful.
