ApplicantStack is een compleet onboarding- en kandidatenvolgsysteem dat geschikt is voor zowel kleine bedrijven als middelgrote ondernemingen. ApplicantStack wordt via de cloud geleverd, het vereist geen IT-middelen en kan worden gebruikt op dezelfde dag als je aanmelding. Gebruikers kunnen hun abonnement kiezen en op elk gewenst moment upgraden/downgraden, zonder contract of verplichting. Gratis proefversie beschikbaar.
Met ApplicantStack Recruit begin je door een vacature online te plaatsen met gratis distributie naar vacaturesites zoals Indeed, JuJu, Glassdoor, LinkedIn Limited Postings, evenals sociale mediasites zoals Facebook, LinkedIn en Twitter. Stel automatische screening en scoring van inkomende sollicitanten in en configureer een wervingsworkflow om de processen te automatiseren. Vraag feedback van anderen en bekijk alles in één centrale, doorzoekbare database. Waarborg naleving bij elke stap van het proces. Voer rapporten uit voor het beheer, inclusief ad hoc en aangepaste rapporten.
Nadat een kandidaat is geselecteerd voor indienstneming, stroomlijnt ApplicantStack Onboard de processen voor de nieuwe medewerker. Bied een gepersonaliseerd portal voor nieuwe medewerkers met alle informatie die nieuwe werknemers nodig hebben en een taakgedeelte met een lijst van wat ze moeten invullen. Verzamel al het papierwerk elektronisch en stuur het binnen de organisatie door voor handtekeningen en actie waar nodig. Breng nieuwe medewerkers snel op de hoogte, zodat ze vanaf de eerste dag productief kunnen zijn.
ApplicantStack heeft een gratis proefversie van 15 dagen (geen creditcard vereist). Eén-op-één demo's zijn ook beschikbaar. ApplicantStack biedt ook veel diensten met toegevoegde waarde, zoals het aanpassen van de vacaturebank aan de website van de gebruiker en het omzetten van een bestaande sollicitatie naar een online sollicitatieformulier.

Benefits outweigh the disadvantages. I feel this is a great entry-level software package, great for smaller companies targeting local candidates for general positions. The cost is low in comparison similar products, so there's a good return on investment. Most importantly, it is very user friendly, and gets the job done quickly.
Pluspunten
My experience with this software has been decent. The functionality is pretty straightforward and easy to use. It has multiple options for posting job openings on various job boards, and lets you post in specific locations, general regions, or nationally. The integration features with other applications saves a lot of time as well. I like the option to create personalized applicant screeners to help filter out unqualified candidates. Software can be used as an applicant database to save candidate resumes for future use.
Minpunten
Interface is very basic, and does not offer many features as the competing services. There is no advanced options when creating job postings which may limit the target audience, especially for more technical positions. It would be nice to have more menus and drop-down features. Also, job board options are limited, so it can be frustrating if there are multiple users.

Please let us know what other features you are looking for. Also, please clarify what you mean by job boards are limited. We do offer manual posting links so there should be no limit to the number of job boards you post to.

The ease of access was huge with ApplicantStack. From the ATS, to onboarding side, everything was extremely easy to use.
Minpunten
When posting a job on the job boards, the budget could be higher or lower than the job board itself. If you set your budget at $1000, it was a little confusing to see how far that stretches.

Pretty simple website. I use it for 8 hours every day so it gets the job done.
Minpunten
Running reports always gives different info. Some applicants show for one person not another searching with the same criteria. Texting is not easy if you receive a lot in one day. There should be a text tab like the email tab to easily search. Also phone numbers should be formatted so they can be easily searched.
