> **Pluspunten**: The thing I liked most about Fidesic was how it streamlined the accounts payable process. The workflow was easy to follow, invoice approvals were well organized, and automation helped reduce a lot of manual data entry and follow-ups.

> **Minpunten**: The main drawback was that some of the more advanced features took a little time to understand and configure. The interface could also feel slightly dated in places, and I occasionally needed extra steps for more complex invoice workflows.
> 
> Overall, my experience with Fidesic was positive. It made invoice processing and approvals more organized and reduced a lot of repetitive manual work. Once the workflows were set up, it was fairly easy to manage day-to-day accounts payable tasks. There was a bit of a learning curve with some features, but overall it was a useful and reliable solution.
