During initial phases of project we were working with one IT analyst of Scrut - all details were provided to her as part of the audit process. But suddenly we got to know later that she has resigned and moved on from Scrut, and we were asked to provide all these details once again to the new IT infosec analyst. This caused a severe re-work and delay in our execution - at least by 2 to 3 weeks. will be good if client handholding can be done proactively 2. In two instances the team took longer time to just clarify and update on the policies - it took more than one week to get the updated policies per the finding shared with Scrut 3. In may policy documents, there were a lot of typos, grammatical mistakes and errors - which I had to personally correct. will be good if those can be standardised 4. Also, will be good if the platform can have a feature where we can enter all the team details (like CTO, DPO, ISG etc) and these details get automatically reflected in all the relevant policy documents (than manually doing in each document) 5. We lost a lot of time awaiting Scrut's response on some clarifications / updates to policy documents etc., Will be helpful if those can be closed faster. > > Overall experience has been very good - with thorough streamlined processes and procedures. The structure preparing for internal readiness, internal audits and then readying for the external audit is oriented towards ensuring success of the activities.
