You were attentive to our requirements and proactively offered customized solutions. Communication was flawless. Whenever we had an inquiry or an issue, you were prompt to respond. When you encountered a problem, you promptly notified us. However, this was not the case last year, leading me to the next section of your evaluation.

In summary, there has been a lack of proactive communication at all levels, whether it be with support or our account manager. > **Pluspunten**: De admin console laat je toe om zelf promo's, rewards, producten toe te voegen. Zo ben je in termen van content niet altijd afhankelijk van je leverancier.
> 
> **Minpunten**: Er is vaak een lange leadtime om een product te lanceren. Als een merk in food \& beverage waar je snel wilt inspelen op behoeftes is dit vaak een blokkade.

Verder is de reporting \& performance overzichten zeer beperkt. Het zou goed zijn als app leverancier hier meer mee bezig te zijn.
