Goldie (voorheen bekend als Appointfix) is een digitale afsprakenplanner voor mensen die werken in de schoonheids-, wellness- en fitnesssector en andere creatieve sectoren, zoals fotografie, mode, beeldende kunst, muziek en ambachtelijk werk.
Met de planner kunnen haar- en nagelspecialisten, modestylisten, fitnesstrainers, tandartsen, massagetherapeuten en spa-technici klantafspraken plannen, hun gegevens tussen apparaten synchroniseren en geautomatiseerde sms-herinneringen gebruiken om het aantal no-shows te verlagen.
Tatoeage-artiesten, fitnesstrainers, kappers, ontwerpers en schilders kunnen de cloudgebaseerde Goldie-toepassing op hun Android-apparaat, iPhone, iPad of pc gebruiken om hun afspraken te beheren. De tool toont een tijdlijn van de diensten die aan elke klant worden geleverd en een overzicht van persoonlijke gezondheidsbeperkingen, voorkeuren en allergieën. De tool genereert ook inkomstenrapporten met een overzicht van de inkomsten per service. Gebruikers kunnen meldingen en sms-herinneringen plannen, afspraken bewerken en inkomsten vanuit hetzelfde menu aanpassen.

Since I started using this app to schedule and manage my appointments, my professional life has become much more organized and efficient.
Pluspunten
What I liked the most was its ease of use and its ability to simplify the appointment scheduling process. Before I found this app, it was frustrating for me to manage my schedule and make sure my clients were on top of their appointments. But now I can schedule appointments with a few clicks and send automatic reminders to my clients.
Minpunten
I feel that the online booking website customization option could be more flexible. Although I can customize some aspects, I would like more control over the design and overall appearance of the site.

Pluspunten
Goldie allows me to see exactly how much work I have and where I need to book more people at a monthly glance because they allow you to color-code your appointments. I'll admit, I wish there were more colors. But I work as a tattoo artist, and my shortest appointments are very light-colored, medium are blue, and my day sessions dark purple. When I try to book someone in, I only need to look at my whole month and the colours of each day to know exactly how long my appointments are that day and what I still need to book to work a total of 8 hours. It is a GAME CHANGER! Goldie used to be really glitchy, I switched to another calendar app that, unfortunately, didn't have this color-based view that I love, but worked better. I was pleased to see that Goldie has improved so much over the last year and came back as a happily paying customer.
Minpunten
Would like more colors for a more accurate reading of my day and appointment lengths. When I reschedule a day, I am forced to do it on the week by week calendar view instead of selecting a date using a selector. If the date that I am rescheduling is far off, it's so annoying to have to scroll through the weeks.

Absolutely would not recommend

I purchased the subscription because it advertised features I was looking for such as sync with...
I purchased the subscription because it advertised features I was looking for such as sync with apple calendar and adding extra time in the appointment block. I would have used this to block out travel time to my clients. However, it only gave the option to sync with Google calendar, not Apple. And the extra time blocking feature was basically useless for my needs. I thought, “oh well, I’ll just cancel my subscription and move on. No big deal.” So I went to manage my subscription on the website, cancelled my subscription and thought that was the end of it. Then I was charged for the another month. I thought it was a mistake, so I emailed customer service. They are refusing me a refund because I didn’t cancel my subscription through Apple instead of THEIR WEBSITE! It was an absolutely horrible customer service experience. I would never recommend this app to anybody.

The interface was fairly user friendly. It looks nice and mostly easy to use.

It was missing key features. It says they sync with Apple calendar. They don’t. And the customer service is horrible.

Hello - I am sorry you had a bad experience with Goldie and sincerely appreciate the feedback.
To turn on the sync with Apple Calendar you go to menu > Settings > Calendar Settings > Sync with other calendars. Here you can connect your apple calendar or google calendars to show your events from those on your Goldie app.
Related to cancelling and refunding, unfortunately we don't have any control here. Apple requires all subscription management to go through them. We try to make that clear in the web cancellation that you need to go to the app store to cancel, but we will try to do a better job here moving forward.
