> **Pluspunten**: We like the fact that it helps our customer follow up their shipments in a customized way that is more qualitative than the regular emails sent by Colissimo or other transporters. The Shipup page is good looking too. Also we really like that the customers can leave a review, we follow the NPS score on shipup every week.

> **Minpunten**: We had a little issue at first with Shipup because the integration with Mondial Relay was not working great. Otherwise we are happy with the app, even if it is slightly expensive \! And sometimes the amount of notification is big and not super easy to sort out.

> The benefits are that we have very few customers writing to us about their delivery, they seem to be very reassured compared to the past.
