We love the fact that we were able to customize our game easily enough with some help from the support team all within just a week's time. Integration to Hubspot means that we don't have to spend time importing and exporting audience data so it gave us everything we were looking for.

> **Minpunten**: Some of the UX from the editor function was a bit hard to follow. It was easy enough to use once you got used to it but initially some of it didn't seem to make common sense. However, the support team was wonderful so we were able to get what we wanted easily enough.

> **Minpunten**: We had built a presentation with buttons in Powerpoint, but we could not simply reconvert it to a Dot VU resource. So we spent several hours rebuilding it in Dot VU. 
Similarly, copying all Action sets and Triggers slide by slide is painful - it should be possible to assign the same action to multiple slides (but maybe I missed that). 

Sometimes I felt like there are too many functionalities, and this makes it hard to navigate
