I do like how they're fairly transparent with their pricing. It's just all pay-as-you-go with no commitments. That's why I'll give them 2/5 stars instead of 1/5.

> **Minpunten**: The platform is outdated, and it's priced quite high compared to Twilio. They also only offer a 99.95% uptime guarantee compared to the 99.99% gold standard.

> Overpriced, but good for those who want to test to see of SMS or omnichannel coms are right for their business.
