### "More Stable than WordPress, but Fewer Options" — 4.0/5

> **Pluspunten**: A friend helped me transfer my WordPress blog to Superblog a couple years ago. Superblog has been super reliable with keeping my blog online without downtime. Not having to update plugins is a huge plus. Pages load quickly and my website has great visibility on search engines. Customer support has been reasonably responsive when I've had questions, even adding a feature or two at my request. At this point I plan to keep using Superblog indefinitely.

> **Minpunten**: The simpler interface of the Superblog platform has some drawbacks, too. I wish there were a way to upload PDFs to my site rather than having to link to other places where I upload them. I don't like the new "word processing" interface, where the formatting features are invisible until you highlight text you wish to edit. I much prefer a more common, intuitive interface such as used by Google Docs. The feature list is a bit short, too--I wish there was an easy way to modify justification of text rather than memorizing keyboard shortcuts. The switch to Superblog 2.0 this past year was traumatic for me, since I was worried what it would do to my blog. I wish there had been a preview option before committing to a 2.0 template. Thankfully, it worked out smoothly in the  end for the most part. Last, as a customer living in America, I wish my annual Superblog bill came in American dollars rather than Indian currency. I have to do currency exchange calculations or check my credit card to know what the bill means\!
