My favorite part of Birdview is the extensive learning suite that comes with it. If you need guidance, there are webinars and help sections, further supported by live Chat support. Most actions are easy to understand and follow. It is scalable and flexible adding to it's useability. Not sure if this is a setting issue on our end or just the way it's meant to be. We often set a total \# of Est. Hours then break down the activities.
