Employees insist on giving  5 star ratings by constant calls for like weeks. but when it comes to query solving or software updates, they give false promises and prolong the things to months and years.and does not give proper replies if asked.

> Overall experience is that i would like to warn other customers that do not get carried away if employees insist on giving reviews on various sites.
