> **Minpunten**: It glitches a lot and sends so many spammy emails to everyone involved, which sometimes makes people I'm sending the documents to, tune out and ignore the notifications in the long run.

> I've used it regularly (at least weekly) for the last 1.5 years. I've experienced several instances where the signor completed the document on their end, but it did not finalize. Despite trying multiple times. I have to reupload and begin the process again to sort out the issue which can be very annoying. However, it is affordable and meets the needs of my workplace.

> **Pluspunten**: Ease of use. Intuitive platform. Conversion from Word to PDF works very well. The sidebar allows you to very easily rearrange, add, and delete pages. Platform runs smoothly with no bugs. Great for unilaterally signing PDFs.

> **Minpunten**: I could be doing it wrong, but I wish that when I was drawing a line, I could see an indication of whether or not it was level and also an indication of if it matched a line above.

> **Minpunten**: It isn't quite as professional looking or user friendly on the recipient side when sending signature requests as some other esignature options available. Doesn't always play will with mobile users. Signature sizes come out way too small sometimes.

> Overall positive. We use it alot for merging multiple word docs into a single pdf. Also use it for collecting electronic signatures. It could improve a bit on the esignature side but the price point is good.
