The system is powerful and stable with disruptions happening maybe once each quarter. The automated processes works well and we are able to communicate in a good way with our customers. The team behind it are people who strive to deliver a great product. > > **Minpunten**: When we got the system demo:ed for us, we got an impression that the system is highly customisable. We asked about advanced features in a calm and clear way and got the response that this was possible. Upon launch, we requested a feature that was crucial for our needs. After many weeks and a uphill battle (this is impossible, we can't do this), Fixably delivered a perfect solution. However, looking back at our demo we didn't see the highly customisable system that we got sold, even though we did get the option to onboard an enterprise plan which is ten times as expensive as the standard one. > > Fixably is a one stop shop for powerful repair processing and customer centric service portal. Admin and Paperwork time is a quarter or less of what it used to be with other solutions. Repair tracking and insights are the best out of any solution we've tried. Performance and Stability has been impressive and incredibly reliable. Further automation since launch has further enhanced an already great system. The platform is incredibly stable with very limited disruptions. During our onboarding, it became apparent that there was less flexibility than anticipated in the standard installation.
