These replies almost always include a working sample, which is incredibly helpful. Another major advantage is the upgrade experience. Even when a new (or major) version is released, breaking changes are minimal, clearly documented, and 99.9% of your application continues to function without needing to touch a single line of code. Similarly, the Blazor Playground could be incredibly helpful and appealing — if only it weren’t so sluggish. Perhaps switching from Blazor WebAssembly to Blazor Server could improve performance? Some minor features — such as automatically selecting the grid filter type based on the column’s data type (boolean, date, etc.), or offering validation components that don’t rely on Data Annotations or FluentValidation — tend to be better implemented by other competitors. > > Over the past few years, I’ve developed several side projects using Blazor Server and SSR, starting from its very first beta release.
