Lots of ways of informing patients about treatments and what they entail. Having to earn or buy SMS credits, as a small business this can become very expensive, would be ideal if whatsapp was integrated into system. Not being able to add an editable table into the treatment notes so that on going treatments such as laser settings can be seen on one page and not across all the treatment notes. > > Having changed over from one provider to Pabau there is a lot more to offer in order to make digital records easier to manage, however for a small business with 3 staff it has been time consuming and at times very slow in getting set up.
