> **Pluspunten**: Once you learn the system it will get everything done you needed. It takes some time to learn how to navigate but it is efficient and effective. I would use it again with no issues. It is just not my first choice.

> **Minpunten**: Lighting steps was glitchy and did not have very many security features.

> I used it to handle all of our needs and for the most part it was effective. I had to learn how to navigate it so i was efficient but once i learned it, it was pretty basic.

> **Pluspunten**: This software is very user friendly. All components work together within the system which makes reporting amazing.  This has also been one of the best systems for compliance auditing as well.  Billing in general is less time consuming.

> **Minpunten**: Just the initial change, learning a new system.  That is never fun.

> Overall, it was a very good experience.  The support you receive on a personal level at any time of the day is very assuring.  They have made multiple improvements over the past few years as well which have been beneficial for our every day use.
