We spent real time loading our standard services with LOE that matches how we actually deliver, and after that scoping stopped being a Word document exercise. I pick services, adjust hours, done. Blueprints handle the stuff we sell over and over. Hours drive the price, so there's no separate estimate spreadsheet going out of sync with the SOW, which is a common failure point in a lot of scoping processes. The API and MCP server were a bonus I wasn't expecting from a scoping tool. I've got an agent building projects now. > > **Minpunten**: Document templates are a project of their own.
