There's a learning curve as you'd expect but it's minimal. Bigin comes with an extensive suite of ready to go pipelines or you can custom build your own - either way, you could be up and running in order an hour.

> **Minpunten**: I haven't found any downsides yet as we're still only starting out - maybe they'll come in time. I guess being one of the lesser know CRMs, Youtube tutorials aren't as plentiful as you'd hope for but that said, it's not really that difficult to figure out how to do most things.

But though it reveals something about their dev team, I'm still hopeful they'll eventually get it right because they do try hard. &#10;&#10;It's obvious they put a lot of time and money into their support team, but as hard as they try to get this right, they really need to train them better. Sometimes I end up having to find answers myself and then train them. They also need to have a team in the U.S. as they are very difficult to understand through the thick Indian accent on the phone.

Ease of Use \&amp; Fast Setup&#10;- It has an intuitive UI, clean pipelines, and small teams can get started quickly.&#10;- Less learning curve compared to more feature-rich CRMs; up and running in less than an hour.&#10;&#10;2. Affordable Pricing&#10;- For microenterprises or mom-and-pop stores, Bigin offers a lot of essential CRM functionality at lower cost vs “full” CRMs.&#10;- There is a free plan (with limitations), and paid plans that add more pipelines, workflows, records etc.&#10;&#10;3. Pipeline-based Sales Tracking&#10;- Visual pipelines (drag \&amp; drop deal cards) are yells of ‘Way to go\!’&#10;- Good for tracking leads, contacts, deals, reminders; light automation for repetitive tasks.&#10;&#10;4. Features that we find lacking include: more advanced workflow automations, complex reporting, cross-filters, deeper customization of stages.&#10;- Once our needs grow, we need to move to full Zoho CRM.&#10;&#10;2. Integration Constraints&#10;- While integrations exist, non-Zoho or less common tools sometimes are harder to connect or have less reliable syncs.&#10;- Glitches with Gmail add-on or with email/web-form integrations.&#10;&#10;3. Automation Limitations&#10;- Automation is more basic: recurring tasks are simple, fewer triggers/conditions, less sophisticated rules.
