Unfortunately, most of the software feels much more geared towards industrial staffing versus executive/professional that we specialize in. Because of the difference in use, search features that are standard in our realm of staffing are not readily available in Avionte. > > Overall, I believe Avionte was the correct switch for us, especially as the web platform continues to be developed and released.
