> I found it quite useful to locate the information I’m looking for, but haven’t had enough time to truly evaluate it. Many features that I haven’t had the chance to try yet.

> **Pluspunten**: Estimates invoices and customer list. I like that I can integrate parts suppliers with parts tech through the app and place my order through my parts supplier to go pick it up.

> **Minpunten**: Estimate prices are not really accurate according to real industry data. Every time I get a estimated labor and parts price quote for the same or very similar job always different prices

> Besides and accurate estimate quotes I've enjoyed using it and look forward to all the improving features that you guys are implementing and near future to make it better

> **Minpunten**: It is setup more for the automotive industries and has not begun to branch out the HD diesel industry. I can tell you that this is not a big issue since we are a HD diesel shop using ARI currently.

> The workflow is just second to none. I like fluid ARI is from inventory and service tracking to the ease of opening a Job Card (Repair Order). It has really help us streamline our shop and retaining more revenue. We have tried several different software and apps, but ARI is by far the best for the money you spend to function on a daily basis. Thanks ARI\!
