The support staff is lovely but the process is a nightmare. > > There stance in this recent authentication process to me is medically dangerous as patients on controlled drugs who can't come off cold turkey must have had their Rx's delayed because of the absence of support staff to teach MD's to use new system. It strikes me as irresponsible if a business can be called irresponsible.
