Wherefour is een cloudgebaseerde ERP-oplossing (Enterprise Resource Planning) die is ontworpen om fabrikanten van voedingsmiddelen, dranken en producten te helpen bij het beheren van voorraad, productie, klantrelaties en meer. Belangrijke functies zijn batchbeheer, het volgen van partijen, receptbeheer en traceerbaarheid van ingrediënten.
Met het Wherefour-dashboard kunnen bedrijven de voorraad in verschillende magazijnen volgen, extra kosten voor voorraadpartijen berekenen en de vervaldatums van logboeken controleren. Met de tool voor batchbeheer kunnen gebruikers het productieproces aanpassen, arbeidskosten toepassen op recepten, inventaris bijhouden over meerdere productieruns en bedrijfseigen gegevens veilig opslaan. Teamleden kunnen ook aangepaste offertes voor taken ontwerpen, orders en facturen voor klanten genereren, en orders per verkoper volgen.
Wherefour biedt integratie met verschillende toepassingen van derden, zoals Quickbooks Online, Sage Intact, Zapier, Metrc, Blockchain, EDI en meer. Managers kunnen ontvangen goederen inchecken, partijcodes toewijzen, aankopen per bron categoriseren en e-mailmeldingen ontvangen als voorraadartikelen onder de drempel voor opnieuw bestellen liggen.

Pluspunten
Wherefour is very user friendly, and well suited to our food manufacturing business. We use this across multiple departments daily. The customer support is second-to-none, and from implementation to process integration to product launch we were well taken care of at every step!
Minpunten
More customization would be helpful, specifically for daily reporting. Also, an ability to drill down/up from Sales order (start) to invoicing (finish) would be helpful for researching issues.

Not satisfactory being that it does not seem to be a complete system with the needs of the customer and attention to detail. In addition the customer service not being adaptable to working with customers to complete the system to individual company needs.

Pluspunten
In the past, our company's had a really hard time getting everyone to utilize the software consistently and correctly. Wherefour is EXTREMELY intuitive and has eliminated the need for constant retraining sessions.
Minpunten
In the event that an employee plugs in his/her own WO #, I wish there was a way that the program could recognize whether or not that WO # had previously been created/used, prevent the employee from using the duplicate #, and redirect him/her to create a new number.
