Our staff also find the app very easy to use. Everything can be done in just a couple of taps\!Staff love that they can better plan their days in the office based on parking availability up to a week ahead. Our team members with allocated parks love that they can set and forget days to share their space up to a year in advance too. It’s handy that as an admin I can also release parks when staff forget to do so, as it ensures no spot ever sits empty\! > > **Minpunten**: One time, the gate was down due to a fault in the security system our building uses. Parkable stepped in to sort it out so quickly - getting a technician to site, replacing the outdated security system, and getting it up and running again. When I started in this role and took over the management of Parkable, staff engagement was low. The Customer Success team took the time to train me on the system and together we relaunched Parkable to our staff.
