We have to have SwiftCheck create a new package if what we need is not on our current list of packages. I love that we have someone specific to contact in case we need help with something. Many of their competitors use an email alias that sends generic email responses and you also don't get the same person when you try to call for help. SwiftCheck has been the best team to work with compared to their competitors that we used in the past. They have very reasonable prices for their services as well. They cut our costs for screening new hires in half\! We were able to work with our account manager/customer service rep to tailor our messages, create various categories (by type and location) for all of our new hires. When initiating a new screening, SwiftCheck allows us to send an email and a text message to the candidate with a link to start the background check. Our candidates have mentioned how easy it is to submit their information on their mobile devices. Our rep is very responsive and helpful. We are able to email the support team but adding a chat option would provide a more dynamic/interactive experience.
