It will likely pay for itself in your ability to take on and manage more cases. > > Neos is a case manager's best friend. The initial change from a server based program to a cloud based program was challenging. Learning new things is good, but can also be frustrating. Despite submitting a simple request for read-only API access, we haven’t received any response for weeks. This has limited our ability to implement offline conversion tracking and build reporting dashboards leadership is actively asking for.
