> **Pluspunten**: Intuitive and easy to use.    Fast and responsive.   I did demos of a lot of different software and this one checked all the boxes.    Support is very quick to reply and they are very open to changes or feature ideas.

> **Minpunten**: Because the software has to cater to a large range and size of trucklines and brokers, sometimes that creates extra steps.  Two examples, when uploaded a BOL within a load, you have to select the customer or it won't send with the Invoice.   Other would be the customer email addresses show up when sending a carrier confirmation.   They are unchecked and marked with a RED \! to say don't click this.   But I would prefer they weren't there at all.
