We understand that pricing can feel challenging, especially for solo practitioners like yourself. Our co-founder, Alison, who owned a practice herself, has always prioritized making it so that Jane’s “salary” is typically covered by just one billable hour. Earlier this year, we introduced new pricing plans to better address the diverse needs of our community, though we recognize they may not be a perfect fit for everyone.

Hey Kassidy. Thanks for taking the time to review and for giving Jane a chance in your clinic. We’re disappointed to hear things didn’t work out, but we get that Jane might not be the perfect match for every clinic.

Your feedback is super interesting and really helpful for us. It sounds like charting and billing were the main challenges—if you’re ever down to chat more about it, we’d love to dive into the details. For example, we’re curious about how the SOAP notes got too slow things down or how the dynamics shifted once you hit over 100 visits per week, and what parts of the billing process were a pain. We're always looking to improve, and your insights and feedback are a big part of that.

We know that’s not what a review is for, but if you ever feel like sharing more, we’re here and ready to listen. I’m sorry Jane couldn’t quite keep up with your clinic’s needs, but we hope you find software that supports your practice the way you need it to. Wishing you all the best on your journ

You mentioned wanting an easier way to chat with clients and we totally get that. Our first version of Secure Messaging is in the works and, although it’s still in a small beta now, we’re excited for what’s coming in 2025.
