Over Zoho Workerly
Zoho Workerly is een platform gebouwd voor uitzendbureaus om processen voor taakplanning te stroomlijnen. Recruiters kunnen de databases van hun klanten en uitzendkrachten beheren, taken plannen op basis van klantvereisten, urenstaten genereren en facturen verzenden vanuit één interface.
De op de cloud gebaseerde oplossing helpt gebruikers het maximale uit hun personeelspijplijn te halen met tools voor het beheer van uitzendkrachten, klanten en contactdatabases op één plek. Bureaus kunnen met behulp van de zoekfunctie voor criteria, aangedreven door artificiële intelligentie (AI), een lijst verkrijgen van de meest relevante tijdelijke werknemers voor de open positie van een klant.
Met Zoho Workerly kunnen bureaus urenstaten op dagelijkse, wekelijkse of maandelijkse basis genereren en automatisch de werkuren berekenen die door werknemers op hun werkplek worden uitgevoerd. Urenstaten kunnen ter bevestiging via verschillende communicatiekanalen naar klanten worden verzonden, en het systeem vereenvoudigt het maken van schema's voor uitzendkrachten met betrekking tot de aan hen toegewezen taken. Met Zoho Workerly kunnen gebruikers het aantal uren vastleggen dat een uitzendkracht aan een project heeft besteed en de klant ter goedkeuring een factuur sturen. Met de rapportagefunctionaliteit kunnen gebruikers realtime inzicht krijgen om de prestaties van werknemers, de voortgang van toegewezen taken en de bestaande strategie te meten.
Zoho Workerly is ook ontworpen om werknemers in staat te stellen realtime meldingen te ontvangen van nieuwe opdrachttoewijzingen en instemmingsverzoeken voor nieuwe opdrachten. Werknemers kunnen taken binnen de selfservice-portal accepteren via e-mail of sms. Met behulp van de native mobiele apps voor iOS en Android kunnen werknemers hun werklast bijwerken, hun werkuren bijhouden en urenstaten ter beoordeling verzenden.

Great Software for those who do not only Temp work but full time

Its integration with Zoho Recruit gives me the ability to handle both full time and contract workers which is great
Minpunten
I would like to be able to add a couple custom fields to the candidate forms that are relevant in my industry and would help me find people better in my system. I have a work around but it would be nice to have

Overall great experience for us. The product works well how it's intended to. They have lots of features. Many of the other platforms we looked into did not have as many features. It is definitely priced well for what you get.
Pluspunten
Is very feature-rich and the product works well. I haven't experienced any bugs or glitches yet which shows that this product is solid and they QA well. It seamlessly works with other Zoho products too which is nice and the customer service is amazing. They are very responsive and helped us quickly get up and running.
Minpunten
The UI is basic but gets the job done. I've seen products that look nicer but that didn't have all of the functionality so for us, functionality is more important than looking pretty. We wish that we could have our contractors log more than one shift per day so that would be a feature request we have. Also, new temps have to be invited by mobile which is not perfect, they should have an invite by email option.

Pluspunten
The planning capability with Zoho Workerly and easy creation of multiple Construction project reports and the ability for collaboration across Engineers is beneficial.This tool provides accurate project data analytics and the workflow management and data sharing through Zoho Workely is nice.
Minpunten
Quite responsive scheduling system and very smooth on its initial deployment and interface setting was an easy process.
