Hired is een cloudgebaseerd wervingsbeheerplatform dat talentacquisitieteams en wervingsmanagers helpt bij het zoeken naar en beoordelen van kandidaten. Belangrijke functies omvatten achtergrondonderzoek, analyseren van cv's, zoeken naar cv's, plaatsen van vacatures en een self-serviceportal.
De toepassing wordt geleverd met een sourcingmodule waarmee recruiters een positie kunnen creëren en de vereiste vaardigheden van de functie kunnen specificeren. De geavanceerde zoekmachine levert matches en laat teams gepersonaliseerde interviewverzoeken naar kandidaten sturen. Met de beoordelingsfunctie kunnen wervingsteams tests creëren vanuit een vragenbibliotheek en het evaluatieproces standaardiseren. Het systeem benchmarkt en scoort kandidaten, stelt beoordelingsrapporten op en deelt de resultaten.
Hired bevat een samenwerkingstool waarmee teams beoordelingen kunnen stroomlijnen en een consensus tussen leden kunnen behouden. Het platform stelt kandidaten in staat om interviewverzoeken van verschillende werkgevers te vergelijken en het zoeken naar werk te beheren. Hired integreert met kandidatenvolgsystemen zoals Greenhouse, Lever, Workable en Jobvite.

Pluspunten
I like that candidates are primed to interview and eager to find a new role. It's easy to use, adds candidates frequently, and is overall my favorite platform!
Minpunten
I like using it to find candidates. I could do without some of the back-end work (like marking when a candidate has interviewed) etc.

overall, absolutely love hired. from all of the technical recruiting tools out there, hired is by...
overall, absolutely love hired. from all of the technical recruiting tools out there, hired is by far my favorite and always the first place i go to for any new roles. there are stars that are on hired.
Pluspunten
i love the ease of use
although you have to go through a lot of candidates, there are still stars on hired. usually stars don't join platforms but hired has figured this out
Minpunten
there are a few things.
1) you cannot sort by date added to the platform
2) the quality is hit or miss now versus it being top notch when we first onboarded 2 years ago
3) i wish there were more candidates on the platform in general (more volume)
4) i wish you guys expanded and did even more technical and IT categories

Hired is amazing-- I have been in recruiting in the SF Bay Area for ~7 years and touched multiple agencies, in-house companies, and every sourcing tool out there along the way. Hired is the best of the best.
Pluspunten
Hired is hands-down the #1 sourcing tool for tech recruiters. Candidates are ready to make the move, every detail you could possibly need is right in front of you, and candidates come from top companies all-around. The account management and customer support team are amazing to work with-- responsive, extremely personable, and as hands-on or hands-off as you want them to be. Unlike competitors, Hired has a built in scheduling tool and ATS integration that makes everyones' lives a lot easier. (A New York based competitor advertises this tool, but it does not execute-- the competitor's tool does not push to the correct req, you can't see the candidate profile unless you were the person who requested the interview, and whole bunch of other things that makes things pretty difficult). Hired's platform is the opposite of this. Highly recommended for anyone in recruiting.
Minpunten
Tech recruiting is competitive any way you put it. Losing candidates because they have other offers is what I probably like least about Hired, but again-- it's a competitive market on and off of the recruiting platforms.

Great for finding jobs, expensive for finding employees

Good. I've been to a few interviews through them and interviewed a few candidates through them too....
Good. I've been to a few interviews through them and interviewed a few candidates through them too. I didn't take/get any of the jobs and we did not end up hiring the candidates - but the quality on both sides was high.
Pluspunten
It makes it extremely easy to start a dialogue with high quality companies from the perspective of someone looking for a new job. The interface is super easy to use and the vetting process seems to be pretty good.
Minpunten
Its prohibitively expensive for smaller companies so in a way its not much different from using a recruiter - although I have to admit the quality of the candidates and the companies is generally much higher than when recruiters are used.
