> **Pluspunten**: Bokun delivers a system that integrates just about every functionality we need as a Food Tour company. I particularly like how we can easily find new partners to hook up to the same functionality.&#10;&#10;Using bokun we can give our clients a seamless experience and at the same time keep administration on our end as lean as possible.

> **Minpunten**: Cons isn't the right word, the company has a few places to work harder on.&#10;- Support could respond faster&#10;- Support and new feature roll-out has to get more transparent &#10;- E-commerce integration has to be enhanced. Up selling, down selling, cross selling are all in its infancy at this moment.&#10;- Partner integration needs more work, the software currently doesn't work well with a model where brick-and-mortar tour agencies sell tours on behalf of us. (Ticketing displays incorrect messages to the end user, invoices can only be sent to one party, not to a different invoicing department, payments are not assumed to come in just before or just after the tour date).

> If you run a small tour operation I would certainly recommend getting onto Bokun, it gets you started faster and at the same time set you up for bigger stuff in the future.

> **Minpunten**: The UI/UX needs revamp, even though I have an experience in design and functionality- the interface, connection, user friendliness and Viator Syncing needs a lot of improvement. It will take about at least couple of hours for a user to fully fix the schedule, availability, syncing, widgets and more. (totally unnecessary, knowing that we also took time creating Viator's product)&#10;&#10;Viator uses a different legacy platform that doesn't connect well with Bokun, this is not 2010. Both platform needs to sync, market Bokun on viator as an add on cause it has a lot of perks compare to the legacy. &#10;&#10;Each button needs detailed explanation and step by step guide to handle task that also indicate affected areas. In short, it needs centralization. &#10;&#10;It would be easier to put a hierarchy (bold text above regular text) to indicate importance. (and again, needs to be centralized)&#10;&#10;The dashboard, experience and much more needs visual guidance. e.g adding colors and customization option for users. &#10;&#10;Also, if possible- allow user to create their own dashboard that can add widgets. e.g calendar, products, agents, availability and more. This helps users to easily visualize what we have and what we can improve as a whole. Better interface, more sales- more commission to Viator and Tripadvisor (this is a potential add-on option to earn more on your side. &#10;&#10;I understand that Bokun wants to simplify and minimize distraction in terms of UI/UX, However- the design does not create a mind pattern of visualization for us to know what's important or not. Everything is the same, you have a very powerful tool, let us know how powerful it is and prevent future chat support assistance by enhancing the whole interface. &#10;&#10;Lastly, tell Viator to increase the timeout cooldown while creating a product. It kicks people out after some time and it never saves the input. Add additional cookies or a separate condition while creating a product, it is totally unnecessary to time out a user while editing. Just put some pop up for "are you there?, Are you still editing?" or something. Legacy can't run this, let bokun absorb Viator and you'll get more sales and commission from this. &#10;&#10;\*\* Fix the availability option please \*\*

> It is an okay software, it works. But not for people who has more complicated products or bigger corporation. For sure some other company will hire a standalone Scheduler or Management for this, which is preventable.
