Its a step above an old DOS system that has been modified to work in windows. Its behind the times, and difficult for end users that, especially if they are not very tech savvy, to use and operate. I was never a fan the more I learned, and the more I got frustrated with the overdone workings of it. Too many steps for simple tasks.
