Requests for punch adjustments are submitted through the software, as well as requests for use of vacation time, and reporting of sick time used. I always double check the daily log to ensure each punch is recorded, and sometimes have to click through a second time. The out and in time have to be bounced back and forth to make it record correctly. Ex: Employee forgot to clock out for break and writes up an form for management to fix. When you go to split segment by by length-hit split-change out time to corrected out time. System automatically posts that as the duplicate in time. I then add the correct in time, it switches the out time to that time so I go back to out time and replace it with the correct time. that stays and then I go to break type and add the break correctly then save. > > I appreciate the accuracy of the TimeClock and the reports that I can quickly generate as needed.
