We don't rely heavily on the built-in "SysAdmin" tool, as we have interfaced some of our user administration directly to the Entitlements API. This is probably for the best, as the sysadmin has some quirks which would make day-to-day usage mildly frustrating. > > The 10Duke entitlements system was flexible and powerful enough to adapt to the broad range of licensing requirements from our extensive product portfolio almost out-of-the-box. We were up and running with a proof of concept quickly. We developed our own client software to consume and release licenses, interfacing to the 10Duke entitlement server.
