It is awesome, couldn't be happier. I enjoy being able to have full control over every aspect of calling my clientele, from caller id, ringtone, you name it. Telnyx has made this process seamless\! I own an insurance brokerage and we reach out to client's whom request information and Telnyx has followed through in every aspect in regards to making customer relations an easier process. I tried multiple different companies with no luck and landed on Telnyx (clearly the BEST choice). 10/10 It was a little challenging to get it set up but once I reached out to the support team they were able to assist me and we had it figured out within the hour\! The platform is plagued with user-unfriendly errors—I ran into multiple issues just trying to purchase a phone number. After spending a significant amount of time verifying for the UK and AU by submitting documentation (which I understand is necessary due to SMS regulations), my developers began integrating with their API for OTP testing. We were then blocked because we weren’t “level 2 approved”—a requirement I wasn’t even aware of. Attempting to get this approval was a nightmare. I had to submit my ID through a third-party app, which crashed multiple times before finally accepting my submission. A day later, I found out it never went through. After contacting support, they asked for business information I had already provided during signup. To make things worse, my ID was rejected because I took a photo of my driver’s license on my phone, despite explaining that I had lost my wallet and it was my real license. The agent dismissed it, insisting it couldn’t be verified because it wasn’t a “real” photo, even though it clearly was. In the end, I wasted a ton of time trying to navigate unclear requirements. Their documentation lacks transparency, and you’ll only uncover critical details after sifting through hours of it. Telnyx required more verification of the me as the founder and then other documentation. It took a few days for them to go through the L2 verification which is government-mandated for a lot of countries to buy local numbers.
