There are a lot of filters that make query writing and refining much easier. One small detail that makes a difference it tells you exactly what is wrong with your query so you can easily correct it. Other software I've used only tells you there's something wrong without highlighting where.

> **Minpunten**: Setting a date range can be tricky, collecting historical data with high mentions can take a full day. The visual insights are great but you can't download an excel file or pdf with the URL's collected, it needs to be done manually.

> Customer support is excellent, they are very quick to answer and always available to help with a solution. They are also open to suggestions on how to improve their software.I highly recommend it.
