## Reviews

### "It’s about time somebody solved this problem for AppleTVs" — 5.0/5

> **Robert** | *16 november 2018* | Computersoftware | Aanbevelingsscore: 8.0/10
>
> **Pluspunten**: Simple, easy to use solution that works with AppleTV. Really nice graphics and nice, prepackaged templates.
>
> **Minpunten**: The pricing model for a single location with a small number of AppleTV devices doesn’t make sense for a small business like we are. I would rather a single price for 1 to 5 devices within the same building.

I want to be able to render a web page as one of the screens, for example our weekly class schedule which changes all the time. More dynamic content that could be fed from an API.
>
> The digital signage experience in our gym is great. Makes us look professional.

### "Customer support is excellent" — 5.0/5

> **Paul** | *19 februari 2026* | Schoolleiding | Aanbevelingsscore: 10.0/10
>
> **Pluspunten**: The customer support is excellent and replies to any queries are prompt.
I find the setup easy to use and the features are perfect for my needs. I like the choice of templates that are on offer that help me promote our school events.
>
> **Minpunten**: Can't think of any at this time. Perhaps the options for the smart templates are a little limited at the moment and more of these would be a good addition.
>
> Excellent - Couldn't ask for more. Customer service is great and the features that Kitcast offers are perfect for what I need

### "WHCC review" — 3.0/5

> **Kyle** | *26 november 2018* | Gezondheid, wellness en fitness | Aanbevelingsscore: 7.0/10
>
> **Pluspunten**: Easy to add images, instagram displays look great, simply just works.
>
> **Minpunten**: You can't see a live preview of the slideshow without an Apple TV - I update it remotely.

### "Easy to use\!" — 5.0/5

> **Alyssa** | *30 juni 2026* | Schoolleiding | Aanbevelingsscore: 10.0/10
>
> **Pluspunten**: It is very easy to use and learn. I think for the value for your money, it is a great value. We have used it for multiple screens throughout our building.
>
> **Minpunten**: I still haven’t been able to figure out how to delete or archive old things. It would be nice to be able to make folders to help organize things.
>
> I really like it and plan on continuing to use it in future\! I haven’t needed to utilize customer support but find it to be very user friendly.

### "Great Team" — 5.0/5

> **Bryan** | *21 juli 2026* | Management non-profit organisaties | Aanbevelingsscore: 10.0/10
>
> **Pluspunten**: Customer support has been outstanding. Any time we had any issues or questions, we were able to get them answered and addressed quickly.
>
> **Minpunten**: No real cons. There was a slight learning curve with navigating the platform, but that's to be the case with anything. We use it daily and love it.
>
> Overall, we've had an excellent experience with Kitcast and the team. The tool works as it should, and the support is exceptional.
