> **Pluspunten**: easy to work with, simple UI, team responds fast to emails and via chat. overall a great tool for any event producer, also i have suggested this platform for many NGOs because it has a donation and free ticket option

> **Minpunten**: i havent found an option how to publish one ticket that is for 3 persons (for example if i publish a ticket for 3 friends - it doesn't count 3 reserved seats but only one) Since my events are sensitive of how many people attend and there is a limit - this makes me anxious and i need to check if the overall seat limit isnt too much
