Robin is cloudgebaseerde kantoorplanningssoftware die is ontworpen om gebruikers te helpen vergaderruimten te reserveren, bureaus te vinden en zich door het kantoor te verplaatsen met behulp van tools zoals een webdashboard voor planning, agenda-integratie en browser- en Outlook-plug-ins, plus analyse, beeldschermen in vergaderruimtes, bureaubeheer, en meer. Statusborden tonen de kantooragenda op een groot scherm in gebieden met veel verkeer, en met plattegronden kan het hele bedrijf zien waar ze naartoe moeten. Alle tools van Robin vormen een laag bovenop bestaande Outlook- of Google-agenda's waar werknemers mee vertrouwd zijn. Gebruikers kunnen regels instellen voor het boeken van ruimtes en slimme werkuren, en ook hun beeldschermen in vergaderruimtes controleren. Controletools en technologie voor statusrapportage helpen gebruikers bij het identificeren van problemen met wificonnectiviteit, batterij- en netwerkgegevens.
Met flexibele tools voor bureaubeheer kunnen gebruikers permanente werkplekken toewijzen of reserveerbare bureaus maken en op elk gewenst moment stoelen verstrekken. Dankzij plattegronden kunnen medewerkers het hele kantoor live en in actie zien via een interactieve plattegrond van het kantoor. Robin stelt medewerkers in staat om kantoorruimte direct vanaf de plattegrond te reserveren. Met toegang tot meer dan 100 KPI's biedt Robin gebruikers het inzicht om het gebruik van de werkplek in realtime te begrijpen. Gegevensanalyse leidt gebruikers ook naar de ruimte die het meest geschikt is voor hun activiteiten gedurende de dag.

It does the job. But the fact meeting rooms need to be booked via another system suggests that there can be some improvements to be made. I would also like to be able to favourite my desk at the home screen and book it in a single step.
Pluspunten
Simple and clean design - I can see right away which desks are available.
Minpunten
It doesn't feel intuitive. It took me a while to find the 'book multiple days' option. And even that requires me to tap on every single day instead of selecting multiple days easily. We also don't use Robin to book meeting rooms because it's hard to see in a calendar view at what times exactly a room is available.

Amazing , i love how they have helped us in streamlining the process as well as the integrations they have in their software.
We have integrated it with Google workspace and Microsoft 365 as it helped achieve our targets.
Overall i am very happy with them.

The UI is well designed. Responsive, easy to use.
Minpunten
Importing floor plans is a real issue. In the event our facility underwent a renovation, you have to redo all the work you did in the first place. Re-assign desks and employee locations, etc.

Robin is a useful platform to use to reserve your desk and space in the office on the days you plan to go in when working a hybrid work schedule. You are able to set certain time frames that you plan to be in the office and can see a list of other colleagues planning to go into the office so planning meetings or events can be made easier.
Pluspunten
I love that you can plan ahead and book your desk in office so that when you come in you are not flustered trying to find and available desk to sit at. It makes planning to go into the office on a day to day basis very easy!
Minpunten
I wish Robin would allow you to set a "home office" preference. I work at a company that has several office locations near me and I do go into all of the offices. I wish that when I reserved a desk at an office that isn't my usually office, that the next time i go to reserve a desk the program auto adjusts back to my home office without me having to scroll through the long list of available offices.

I really like Robin to book and manage my meetings, it is a self-explanatory program which allows you to handle your meetings and rooms efficiently.
Pluspunten
What I really like is that you can have a different view in the rooms that can be booked, hence, you can view it as a schedule or you can view the rooms and see if they are blocked. The schedule gives you an overview on how long the room is blocked whereas the room view comes with colors which signfy the current satus of the room. This is perfect for a quick view.
Minpunten
It would be great if there would be the possibility to view immediately, no matter from which view, if the room is occupied, for how long and by whom. There is a workaround to see who booked the room but I am quite sure that this could be made easier.
