Teamtailor is een platform voor employer branding en werving, geschikt voor alle bedrijven, dat helpt bij het aantrekken en beheren van kandidaten en binnenkomende sollicitaties op één locatie. Het platform combineert een ATS (kandidatenvolgsysteem), carrièresite en analysedashboard om werknemers, recruiters en managers te helpen bij het vinden van de juiste kandidaten voor het team. Teamtailor maakt verbinding met alle sociale mediapagina's en geeft kandidaten de mogelijkheid om met één klik op hun telefoon of tablet te solliciteren op een vacature.
Teamtailor biedt organisaties een kandidaatgerichte carrièresite om kandidaten aan te trekken en hen alle informatie te geven die ze nodig hebben over de werkplek. Gebruikers kunnen aangepaste sollicitatieformulieren maken of profiteren van de platformintegratie met LinkedIn, zodat prospects met één klik kunnen solliciteren. Alle vacatures op de carrièresite zijn geoptimaliseerd om te worden gedeeld en gepromoot via netwerken van sociale media, zodat werkzoekenden zich kunnen aanmelden via Facebook of Twitter. Het volledige sollicitatieproces van Teamtailor is geoptimaliseerd voor mobiel, waardoor kandidaten overal en op elk mobiel apparaat kunnen solliciteren.
Het intuïtieve kandidatenvolgsysteem van Teamtailor helpt gebruikers bij het beheren van kandidaten en het hele wervingsproces, evenals bij het plannen en bijhouden van activiteiten, het boeken van gesprekken en het beheren van de wervingskalender, die kan worden geïntegreerd met externe agenda's voor synchronisatie. Gebruikers kunnen vragen invoeren om te stellen aan werkzoekenden en kandidaten sorteren op basis van hun antwoorden, maar ook op status, beoordelingen, tags en meer om sollicitanten te vinden via zoekopdrachten met vrije tekst en om profielen te filteren. Teams kunnen rechtstreeks vanuit Teamtailor feedback van collega's verzamelen om hun input te krijgen over kandidaten. Organisaties kunnen ook massale e-mails verzenden voor geautomatiseerde antwoorden en andere communicatie.
Gebruikers kunnen een overzicht krijgen van statistieken en rapporten maken om te zien waar sollicitaties vandaan komen en welke kanalen de beste sollicitaties ontvangen. Teamtailor kan gegevens verstrekken voor een specifieke functie of analytics samenvoegen voor het hele bedrijf. Met rapporten kunnen gebruikers alle wervingsactiviteiten van de afgelopen week, 30 dagen of vanaf het begin van elke wervingsfase bekijken en analyseren.

I can't think of anything I dislike, but I do have an idea to improve the candidates screening process by displaying their resume and job details together on one page.

It created a more appealing front for the company in a digitalised world, this helped tremendously since our co-workers are spread all around the country, garnering more applications and strengthening our base in comparison to the competition. It also made communcation and hiring more smooth and pain-free increasing initial employee satisfaction greatly. Not to mention it has saved us huge amounts of administration time.
Pluspunten
The candidate storage is great, easy to maneuver when you need to find that candidate from six months ago what-was-his-name, incredible to make sure no candidate is left unanswered and completely in regulation with GDPR. One less thing to worry about. The drag-and-drop bars connected to various triggers and the ease with which to combine this with other services to automise processes is brilliant. Lastly the career-site has it all while still being easy to design even for the complete novice. The chat-bubble connecting you directly to eventual candidates browsing your site is great - employees deserve as much service as customers. If not more.
Aligning with business goals and justifying and measuring different approaches is essential and with the statistics tools built in it's easy to get a overview and from them creating more accurate performance reviews. Lastly the fact that Teamtailor is directly linked to most job advert-pages is truly a time-saver.

Right now my only problem is the calendar, for which I have no particular use. However I've been invited to participate in the beta-testing of a calendar in which the candidate can book his own interview - effectively rendering youcanbook.me or other third party services needless. So I'm hopeful to say the least!

Pluspunten
Makes our recruitment process incomparably easier than before. Everything fits in one easy-to-use platform. You get a clear overview of your different recruitments and a much more direct (than email) way to communicate with candidates which prevents you from forgetting to reply or give feedback to an applicant. Also very responsive support where help is just a chat message away and it feels like they actually develop their product based on customer feedback.
