> **Minpunten**: The time it can take to convert a word document into .pdf format when a word file is upload into Aprio. We try and avoid this by converting the word document to .pdf internally before loading into Aprio.
> 
> It's been a good experience overall. Aprio Support staff are very timely in responding to inquiries or challenges that we experience.

> **Minpunten**: There are no additional deeper automation functions available in the meeting preparation module specifically for packet formats. I often had to set up similar types of templates for the monthly board packets, and this became a time-consuming task.
